If they knew the QC was not a good idea on a .30 cal, why make it? That was the only reason why I went for it
I don’t think it is as much not good on any .30 as it is on some .30 rifles, especially shrouded/liner rifles.

The more things you put on that shroud, the harder they all are to line up. I have had this with many mods even without quick connects. Sometimes it doesn’t even make sense why one does clip versus another. I have had mods clip with a larger more diameter than ones with a smaller one on the same rifle. Some rifles, have needed an upsize with one manufacturer, but not another too.

I had to do the same thing. This airgun stuff is a very expensive hobby. Tank for filling cost me 700 bucks. A compressor around 700. I've only got two rifles but with scopes and all well over 5000 bucks.
Maybe I didnt do my homework properly either though.
I know I sent Utah airguns an extra 100 bucks to have my rifle tuned and all I got from them was a piece of paper telling me the muzzle velocity of a certain slug I wanted to be using. I was thinking it would be tuned to the slug I wanted and was told that since I didnt purchase the rifle with a scope that they had no way of doing this. Still didn't get my hundred bucks back.
And we all know just how difficult it is to slide a scope onto a rifle and shoot it just to see the accuracy!!:cautious:
Well, that won't ever happen again!!
