Tuning Modified Griffin Slugs

Ok, after much testing - think I found the formula....42grain Griffin LDC BTs - modified. Inserted a .2mm SS ball bearing in the end and oh boy its shoots. Better BC and hits hard like a normal solid nose bullet yet retains the expansion characteristics inherent to the LDC. Pic is 6 shots @ 100yrds averaging 920 or so. Tried the same with my .22 Veteran short but that CZ barrel, it loves pellets but not slugs so much and im partial to slugs so....guess I'll be swapping the CZ for a LW poly here shortly

...Taipan Veteran Standard, modified valve/transfer ports, two of the ER plenums, polished 23.5 inch LW polygonal barrel, trigger job, modified barrel shroud off a Taipan Long, and a STO Sarissa moderator, Burris HD scope, and an old school adjustable Morgan butt stock. Hated the gray laminated stock so its been hacked up a bit as well
