How is everyone transferring money these days? I'm old school still on pay pal. is there better ways now?

USPS MO, Zelle, even personal checks, but you had better wait for them to clear. I dumped Paypal due to their discriminatory practices against the shooting community.

I grit my teeth and use a personal check.
So far, no problems. Been dealing with honest people I guess.
Otherwise, yeah, I've bought cars using a "bank transfer". That works great IF the seller is ok with giving you his account number. But not realizing that EVERY check that they write, is passing out the account number...anyway !!

If it is a friend, and both of you have bank accounts that handle ZELLE, it is truly easy to send money.
Caveat:
Once it's sent there is no getting it back

Zelle is the best imo. It's just bank to bank. If I have a problem I can walk over to my local branch. Paypal stole $2500 from me and can you even talk to cash app?

Zelle is quick and easy, just be sure the transfer is going to whom you think it's going. As their site says, Zelle is designed to facilitate transfers between friends, or at least individuals personally known. It is not intended for commercial payments. I think personal checks are okay, assuming proper identification and sufficient time for collection between banks, usually about a week. Counterfeit money orders and official checks are very prevalent, so if it's issued by a bank, it should be verified. USPS, I believe has an online MO verification available.
