I received this target 15+ years ago. I have never used it or seen one like it. I would like to have more info on it and thought this would be a good place to ask. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Sorry to report that I have 13-14 different kinds of field targets and in over thirty years I have never seen one built like that one. I hope someone can identify it for us. Could possibly be an early Dick Otten target but that is a guess.
