Wondering if there are reasonably simple mods that might deliver another 50-100 fps to the big Webley break-open CO2 revolvers. I'd like a bit more punch as the rattlesnakes here get pretty large.

The colder that liquid co2 is, the less pressure it generates. You could pre-warm the revolver I suppose, but it really isn't suitable for what you're using it for.

I shouldn't have mentioned one of the purposes I had in mind. I am still wondering if the power level can be stepped up in the Webley -- or any CO2 pistol.
