Mosquito net to wear?

DEET does work. I have it and use it on my hands, face, and neck. I just don't want it all over my body and I can't reach my back. Yesterday I was backyard hunting raccoons and I was fine, except my back got bitten quite a bit.
Huncowboy, if someone can't spray your back, just put your shirt on a hanger hold it in front of you, spray the back of the shirt and then put it on. you can also spray your clothes with pyrethrin spray. I find the net jackets and headnets work best, along with a little deet here and there.

Yup. Thanks! That is what I did until all the magic stuff arrives.

Dettol is a first aid antiseptic from the UK. It seems to work better than deet as a mosquito/fly repellant. Sometimes when things are really bad, I'll use both.

I can sit on my deck at night in Michigan with this unit and not get bitten. Same goes for my club, it is conviently built to include a marsh. Right next to the range. I have been chased out of the range by mosquitos and black flies before. Charge it up at night and it is good for nine hours!

Bug Baffler brand bug suit and thin neoprene hunting gloves. Just google it. Camp Mor and REI are good places to look also. I work in forestry in the Florida swamps. Believe me, I know what works and what don’t. Thermacells are great for mosquitos. They don’t bother nats or biting flies. Deet works but it’s toxic as hell. You don’t want to wear it all the time. The same for eucalyptus oil.
