Most accurate Pcp air rifle at 100 yards under $1000?

Fly,

A quick search will yield many detailed links to your question.

Well I will check that out, but there has been many new pcp rifles introduced of late. Also the slug market becoming huge and that in it,s self is a game changer for

Shooting out that far. Also i,m thinking about a .30 cal that might fit into my question and price. I have a .25 Avenger now and shoots lights out at 50 yards with 27 yr slugs.

I have not tried it out to 100 yards as yet. I also have a AEA big bore 35 cal but it,s a cannon an I only use it for hunting hogs. I want to keep the gun in question , 30 cal or under.

My Avenger may well be the answer. One problem with .30 cal is we are limited to what ammo is avalible right now but I think that with change as that market exspands.

Oh I almost forgot I have seen some good reviews on the .30 cal Gauntlet but it is still very new & maybe some one who has one could chime.in. I have read good & bad on

Gauntlet air rifles in the past. But some have said they have they have worked what ever problems they had out. 🤔

.25 would get my vote, unless you absolutely need the .30 for knock down power , or your shooting in high winds.
Just realized this thread is 2 years old!
A lot has changed over the last 12 months, let alone 2 years!
A few .25's to consider are:

1. FX DRS
2. Avenger X
3. AEA Challenger Pro
4. Umarex Zelos

Also Snowpeak / Umarex are about to release a rifle called the Max 1.
Based on the previous Notos and Zelos, it might very well be worth waiting for....
Time will tell.
