How heavy is your hammer weight,if you've not update the vavle,you'll bend it. Also,I have alot of parts for a panthera,looking for a project. Is yours up for sale?

I am using the original hammer weight that comes in the fx crown mk2 the one that has long rectangular holes down the side and is not completely solid. Add to that the factory panthera hammer. it slides into the crowns hammer, two pieces. then add spring I'm using the hammer retainer that comes with the pin probe upgrade from huma. have that particular hammer as well but it's too much. Both .22 cal

I'm running the valve and seat that came in my crown I once swapped hammer with huma upgrade but it was too much even with power wheel turned down to minimum not just the numbered knob but the threaded shaft that can be adjusted only when gun is disassembled. Call it max Minimum or maybe min minimum? Anyway that denied me the option the turn down my power if say I wanted to shoot lighter slug 25 grain or so...
I was nervous after adding the brass regulator piston from the panthera. Manual on crown says 155 bar max reg pressure. Panthera manual lists 180 bar. Anyway I've had it as high as 176 bar on the crown that is a gain of an additional 25 bar from 155 to 180. Currently running crown at 169 bar getting about 33 rounds before refilling with 480 tank when using the smaller tank 280 I think don't quote small tank that is provided with panthera i get about 16 to 18 rounds because I don't want the shoot lower than reg pressure witch is roughly 170 bar. That's with a 252 bar fill of course only about 80bar to play with there. don't take long to drop to 170 bar shooting 35 grain slugs... For the record roughly 850fps + - 25fps using original reg on max at 155bar 25bar more has just barely got the 35 grain running 960 fps out of the crown. they prefer about 1060fps that's what my panthera was slinging them at somewhat tighter groups at that speed at zero. Recommended MRD from stralock pro app zero that is... Roughly 50 yards. Recommended zero at 960 is 43 yards I can even fit 38 grain in the crowns 18 shot clip plesently surprised managed 920 fps with them I prefer about 1050 fps with slugs no matter weight just seems like they perform best around there don't get me wrong they're accurate at 950 fps just not as consistent as the higher speeds I was hoping to get my crown shooting the 35 grain at 1000 but she just don't have it in her even after mods all of the mentioned and of course I've got the big transfer port and I actually noticed that the one that came from huma is a little bit I don't know maybe the sides are angled or something but it looks like more air volume will go through than the transfer Port that came with the panthera roughly 250 yd was about my maximum distance with the crown that was using 20.2 grain slugs they're just not heavy enough to go much further and be consistent now I'm able to shoot 35 Grain slugs and already I've hit a softball three out of 16 shots 300 yards that was my starting point I see 400 yd so long as I got enough Clicks in my scope I have 315 up clicks total. 300 yards required 242 clicks about 4 and half rotations. Using the hawk sidewinder 4×16×50 as my looking glass. 2nd fp . Haven't been able to outshoot my crown yet yes it shoots better than I do but I'm close. I believe wth clearer glass and maybe first focal plain option I may be able to outshoot her . But probably not. Next goal 400 yards then sub moa at 100 yards 10 shots I've done it before but is with my 1 and 24 twist liner 700 mm 10 shots coverd them up with a quarter. I haven't tried any sub moa at 100 yards with my one and 16 twist liner but I do know that it hits targets further easier I started at 300 yards which is further than I've ever shot with my crown and was able to hit it right out of gate not the first shot but within the first five I think my one is 24 twist would probably shoot further if I could shoot a heavier slug I was only able to get $250 yards but that was with it 20.2 grain 1 in 24 twist What have I learned? if you want to reach further distance you got to have heavier slugs every weight has its limitations similar to pellets 14 grain pellet heck even a 20 grain pellet 80 to 100 yards is probably your maximum consistent distance whereas a 20-grain slug that distance is roughly 250 yd there not heavy enough to go much further I don't know how far I'm going to be able to get with these 35 grainers but it's probably safe to say at least 400 yd not bad for an fx crown I see all these long distance shots from FX but they're all with either the impact or the panthera or something that's got more power than the crown not anymore though I feel like with my modifications high reg and more pressure and heavier slugs one day I should be able to hit at least 400 yards consistently if that be the case maybe I'll YouTube it. only because I don't think I've seen it yet what's the longest one 300 yards I don't remember what what that distance was but I think it was less than 400 yards I wonder what the record is anyway with the fx crown MK2 distance wise? i shoot every day, i have two pantheras, one impact m3 and a grs crown mk2, all are of highest power, 27 and 30 gram hammer wieghts, stronger springs, larger vavles, ect,,,the more pressure your add with reg, the more it takes to open it, open at higher pressure means more power for heaveir projectile, the hybrids at 1100fps go straight. the 40 grain for longer distances go good at 1050 fps . listen heres my number, your welcome to call me tomarrow and we can compare, maybe i can help you break a record, i dont do vids, itd get me in trouble 7314316882
