Mounting a scope without marking it up?

I am in love with my Cronus but I have been looking at the Razor Gen 3 and it is VERY hard to not buy that scope.

Have they fixed the turrets?? Does the elevation turrets want to slide down as you dial? Are sure audible?? If not send it back and they will fix them for you, they can also make the elevation turrets non locking, which I would do in a heartbeat

I have not used it enough to know if the turret inadvertently locks, the detents are very solid , plenty loud and tactile, so no mushy turrets happening here. It is, without a doubt, the best glass I’ve looked through so far. I could never justify this scope had I not won it, I am very fortunate indeed!

For an airgun that will be used on a bench and or off a bipod the weight probably helps. It's nice to be lucky and what a score.
