Installing a regulator today, oring got cut on the gauge port and somehow ended up with this scratch on the inside of the tube Can this be repaired or is it DOA?

... just the airtube? That ain't gonna hurt anything. Just make sure o-rings are good and use some silicone lube when threading the fill port (appears to be the front?) back on - you should be alright.

If it would hook your nail, it could scratch the o-ring l would think, may want to soften the edges of it and make sure it has silicone grease on it to ease the o-ring past it.

I'd try using a bit of Scotchbrite pad to take the sharp edge down. Or maybe just put a strip of scotch tape over the scratch temporarily so you can install the regulator and hopefully not damage the new oring. Just be sure to remove the tape when done.

Update:
2000 grit paper works magic with some time and elbow grease. Per Bigragu's advice I also deburred the rim lightly as well as the gauge port hole, where sure enough a tiny burr was obvious! Thanks Bigragu! Removed the valve as well for easier and thorough cleaning and good thing, there was a small piece of the broken oring as well as a tiny pvc crumb in there.
Following the pull through barrel cleaning thought pattern, I used some new microfiber rags and some 50lb test monofil whipped to the end, soaked the rag in 95% alcohol to clean. have to twist the rag a little for feeding but worked perfectly. Repeated the process for drying and a superlight coat of silicone oil. All parts went in like butter.
Now to air up and start the chrony process. Does it ever end? LOL

Buff it out with a dremel and buffing wheel, dremel kits comes with buffing compound and buffing wheels
