MTC S.W.A.T. 10x30 Atom

These were suppose to be selling in the UK in July, where are they? Anyone hear anything about a release date for the UK or the US? I think this scope will be just the ticket for my little bullpup. I wanted to get one and use it before winter so I will probably try to buy it when it starts selling in the UK. The 12x is a little too big but the 10x looks really good.

I would guess about the same as the Connect maybe a lil more. If the little one is as good as the Connect, it would be worth 500.00 or more. I don't know why all these companies say they are going to have stuff on the market then are almost always late. Not my idea of a great business model, I think I would do the opposite. But I guess I think like a peasant, LOL..

I'm more interested in the 12x50 version, but MTC has been all too quiet on availability.

I just read the detailed description for these Scopes and the eye relief for the 10x is 14mm and for 12x, 17mm. Too short for me, I wear glasses. MTC's original short eye relief wide field scope had 30mm of eye relief which is very doable with glasses and I was hoping these would follow suit. Too bad, because everything else about these was awesome.

If I understood that review correctly, because the side focus yardage will be different to individual users eyes, they have delayed the sale of these. They are going to have an adhesive strip with yardage numbers so each user can customize the yardage to their eyes. He says it is an accurate range finder up to 75 yards. 16 oz for the big one is not bad, and 10 for the little one , that would be nice. I would ove to see one with a illuminated dot. Oh well maybe in a few months or after Christmas.
