Out of the vent in the air tube. Does the reg need a rebuild? I’ve already replaced the 2 O rings near the regs vent port.

Yep sounds like it time. just rebuilt both my mutant regulators this year, got the guns in 2015.

probably best to replace all the o-rings in the regulator, that way it's done the right way.

Yup. out vent hole can be Reg body to tube o-rings ... OR .... spool o-rings allowing pressure into the bevel washers vented space.
