My .25 Prophet

Was shooting on my range this morning and knew the Prophet didn't have a full air fill. I got distracted concentrating on POI and what I was or was not doing that was affecting that. All of a sudden at 50 yds the pellet barely made it to the target. I went off the regulator. Not 20 or 30 bar. Just a bit lower than the reg setting. I've done this with other rifles and there was a gradual decrease in power and the shots started hitting lower. After a couple of low shots I usually dummied up and went for a refill. The Prophet seemed to say I will not work lower than the set regulated pressure.

This an anomaly?

Hmmm I have not reached that point on mine yet. I will try it this weekend and see what happens. Other than that how do you like your prophet?

Did you go with the standard edition or the performance edition?

I got the performance Prophet in 25, I am at about 110 115 Bar on the reg and I am shooting JSB 25 gr pellets at a little over 900 FPS...

I been shooting marbles at 48 yards just for grins , Super accurate ,,, I am Impressed .

It is louder than my Veteran 25 , Really neater one back yard friendly with out a LDC on the end.

Hey stormy there was some odd reg creep on the priest 2 but Rti redid the reg for the Priest. I havent had any issues.
