My Avenger Camo Paint job

I've seen a few nice paint jobs on the Avenger, one guy painted his like a Boa, it looked awesome, I'm not that good, lol.

How many of ya'll have painted yours and where can we see it?

Here's mine in a short video, it was a long process getting it done, not that it takes long to paint, but from the start I took apart expecting to get to the store for the paint soon, a week later I make it, get the paint and waiting for the weather to give me a chance. I get in our paint supply container for some sandpaper, come on man, my stepdaughter has decided to use it all up on some project she got into, can't get to the store, so I wait. I get the sandpaper a week later, get ready to paint, shake up my can really good, it's cold out, gotta get it done well, then pop the lid off... all I see is a straw and a little paint on the can, no nozzle, are you freaking kidding me! Check your cans at the store folks. So, another week before I get back to the store, a day of decent enough weather to get going, and here are the results, not exactly what I wanted, definitely could have been better, but I'm happy with it.

I did the same paint job method with my Talonp. That makes your Avenger look very appealing over the plastic look. Great Job!

Thanks. Yeah, it doesn't have a plastic look to it now, feels better to the touch, easier to grip. I did my wood Flashpup the same way but it is like yours, Khaki, green and black minus the brown. I did the scope, the shroud, bipod, all of it.

I can’t stand black plastic guns. They are like a Corvette with steel wheels. Your gun looks fantastic. Nice job. The black accents in contact areas not only looks good but was probably a wise decision.

I hear ya, love the gun but the stock is hilarious, but the weight is awesome for me.

I remember thinking the weight was great for the walking a field.

I love the light weight, I have medical issues and that's one of the most important things for me when getting a gun, it has to be light and fit my body so I can shoot it. I was worried about the Avenger, but when I picked it up it was great. It's heavier now with the bipod on it, but still not bad at all when I set the legs of the bipod in towards the butt instead of out towards the barrel end, it keeps the weight more centered and easier to carry.
