My Edgun West / Edgun Problem Post was Locked

I have asked the moderator who locked it to reopen it, so we can communicate. I got some great info and questions from you all, thanks very much. I created this account and that post to solve a problem. While it is an important problem, I run a business and check non-business related emails and websites about once a week. Not sure why there is a time limit. ODENWALD

I saw a lot of good advice in the other thread. What of that, have you tried? And did you get your guns up and running? And of all the bs in that thread, nobody was able to thank you for the very first Sentence you typed on this Forum. "Thank You For Your Service". It is appreciated, but it doesn't always get you to the front of the line.

Thanks. I wasn't trying to gain favor by mentioning my military service, just communicate that I have firearms proficiency and history. There was and is lots of good advice. We are swamped with business at the moment, so the two faulty Edguns are sitting idle, in boxes, and the two functioning ones are just sitting in the rifle rack. The Brocock, Kalibrgun, and FX are the tools the guys want to use. Getting these two faulty new Edguns sorted is important, but I can't cling to the forum daily at this time. Good problem to have, I supposed. All the best.

No idea, but it seems to me that Edgun West got more than fair treatment in the thread. The one post Brian Meckler made I could not respond to. He claims we refused to return the faulty rifles. If that was communicated to him by our credit card company, then they got it wrong, or he did. We were asking for a solution to a problem, and didn't get a path to resolution from Brian Meckler or Edgun West. Cheers

It pretty clearly states on the other post why it got locked. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure this one out... if you're going to create a brand new account to air some grievances, maybe dont ghost the thread when people try to help you. Maybe?
