my favorite posts section.

I don't own a 2240 but shot one often when I was younger. Have you tried the Huben GK1? I had never owned an airgun pistol but have always wanted one, so I bought the GK1 in .22. It has functioned flawlessly since I got it 5-6 months ago, is very accurate with light 20-21gr slugs, is comfortable and very well made. I really enjoy shooting it a lot and surprisingly, it gets between 40-50 shots per fill with the slugs at about 900fps! I bought a cheap LH holster for it and almost always carry it when I'm out walking and training my dog, "Lola." You airgun pistol guys are on to something!;) I hope you don't mind me sharing a picture in your 2240 post but I just love this thing! You should come up North, near Ukiah and shoot with Lewis, Dave and I sometime.
Have a great day.

@Mr. Stoti,

I have been contemplating the Gk1 but do not know enough about them to make a decision if it will be applicable to my situation. My main concern is does it have a safety & if so how reliable is the safety if the pistol is bumped. Do you happen to know how the safety works I.E. a cross block for the trigger? Or perhaps one that prevents the charge of air from being released to fire a shot. Any and all experience you are willing to share would be very much appreciated. Thank you.

Sincerely, RadioFlyer

Great to see you back in action Kevin! Don't forget Mark (Napairgunner), he's the one to blame for this!
@boscoebrea, you ABSOLUTELY need to come up and shoot with us! We meet in Willits about every other month or so for brunch and chat about our toys. You are invited ANYTIME!

Looks like about 2 hours for you. We usually do a bit of show and tell, bringing something the others haven't already seen.
