Bought my first air gun! Read through a lot of previous posts! Having only shot a 66 powermaster, this is a huge upgrade!
HW95 .22
HW95 .22
Great gun.Nice buy Bean! That was also my first real air rifle about 5 years ago, it's a great rifle. I now have 15, enjoy the ride.
Yea Kirk, but in my defense 3 of them are pistols.Great gun.
jcams -> 15 !!! and I thought I was bit by the bug .
oh that's madness! How do you get approval from your SO with all the purchases?Nice buy Bean! That was also my first real air rifle about 5 years ago, it's a great rifle. I now have 15, enjoy the ride.
Love that photo. It's a really beautiful gun. What plinking targets do you use? My current goal is stick with CPHP for however long I can! already shot about 200 pellets in 2 daysExcellent air rifle. My wife and I enjoy plinking from the back deck and chasing that elusive MOA at 25 yards with "OUR" HW95L. I find that the H&N FTT 14.66 gr 5.53 mm pellets seem to shoot the best for us at 17 FPE.
Hey Maxtrouble. I did not know to do that. When I went to screw it just now I found that the screws were really loose, is this normal?Excellent rifle choice! Make sure to check your four rifle screws every 100 rounds or so. They will cause weird accuracy issues if loose.
I also recommend the H&N FTT 14.66 in 452 head size. Great pellet, buy five tins or more at a time, you are going to need them!
Loving it so far. The front iron scope came off from being loose. Alot of loose screws.Great choice. Was my first high end airgun also. Might still be my favorite all around gun. Nothing it doesn’t do well. Keep us posted.
Do you have HW95 in every caliber?Guns are guns , 3 pistols is a shaky defense.
That said - I have 21 rifles (13 years of accumulation) , 0 pistols; -> of those, 3 are HW95L, HW95 Hybrid and R10.
