my first new 4500psi carbon fiber tank

Here's my Question: I have a 1.6L Hatsan carbon fiber tank and in the manual it said to apply a small amount of ( driver's grease )

to the o-ring. What is driver's grease? and would silicone grease work.

Bad translation in the owners manual? The Superlube (or equivalent) silicone based translucent grease for o-rings and seals is all I would use for airgun o-rings.

Divers grease is just silicone grease higher quality is all you can get it online or at dive shops , but any 100% silicone grease works just as well

That’s stuff is awesome for the price and how much you get. I use the same, along with the food grade silicone spray depending on the appplication.

Some silicone greases have other stuff in them that is dangerous here. Diver's grease is rated for high pressure air and nontoxic as well.
