My first post. After reading and researching the BSA scorpion and ultra and seeing Si Pittaways accuracy testing, I found a .25 calibre Scorpion SE (FAC/export) version on Amazon for $491 !! It is my first PCP after many years with a Beeman R9 in .22 putting out about 15 ft Ibs, and also my first year customizing a Crosman 2240 into a rat catcher. This US version is not the usual carbine length sold in the UK, and it also has a larger air cylinder. Not sure what I can expect velocity and shot count wise, but I am looking forward to trying this thing out. I hear these things are hellish loud though. Looks like a Clague or HuuB shroud are in order to make it yard friendly. I also want to regulate it, and put a HuMa regulator in it, but XTX shows them out, as does the only US supplier of them. Pictures will follow once it shows up!!
