I made my first purchase through them last week and got the order yesterday, I already posted about it, only the tins sustained damaged, and the pellets were all still perfect! I explained everything to them, sent pictures and even though none of the pellets were damaged and I did not ask to be refunded to have the merch replaced they did so anyway. They have new staff and it wasn't shipped correctly. To say that I am a fan of their service is an understatement at this point. Thank you!
