Picked this up a couple days ago

Vulcan 3 500 .177 Sub12 (booo uk gun laws)

Fitted a Vector Taurus 6-24x50 scope, it probably deserves better but it will do for now and it’s got my Ranger 1 Tactical bipod up front

Should give you at least 1 if not 2 tins of pellets per fill at that power level.

I only got it Monday, I’ll be off to the range Friday hopefully, yeah been told it will do a whole tin on one fill easily

Beautiful, you can't beat the build and finish of the AGT line of airguns. I own a Vucan 3 500 mm in .25 cal and a Uragan 2 600 mm in .25. They are outstanding guns and deliver every time you pick one up. This is the gun that you can take right out of the box , mount a scope , air it up and enjoy. No fiddling with this or that.............shoot and smile. Congrats !

Its been set up well, i did a quick chrono string and a 6.5fps ES over a mag, brilliant for a brand new rifle that hasn’t even had time to settle in

I had use of a Vulcan a couple or 3 years ago for a couple weeks. What a great gun. Had I not already owned a .25 I would have bought it.

Agt seems to make a great rifle. The vulcan 2 tactic .22 is one that is on my list.

I have a V3 700 and it's great.. Nothing wrong with the VO scope at all. Good glass and built like tanks.

Awesome. I too am getting ready to purchase. I was set on the Uragan2, but now I am considering the Vulcan3.

Bought a new bipod and had a 50x150 carbon moderator custom made for me

A few more range pics, found the FT pellets werent great at 60yards+ so swapped over to JSB Heavy’s and they are very consistent out to 90yards

Your V3 will also shoot slugs just fine, maybe not the super heavy ones, but weights along the lines of what you shoot in pellets should be fine.
I would not want to be something my V3 is angry at and bigger than a tennis ball, CUZ that it will hit every time out to at least 90 Meters.

For me 13 gr Zan and JSB knockouts have worked fine.

Under 12 fpe should give a billion and a half shots per fill...

@Peashooter Can you do the math on the FPS for a 13gr slug at < 12fpe? I think the rats would be laughing at @AJ_Roberts

6fpe is enough to kill a rat at short distances

And plenty of people use Zan 10gr slugs for rats and squirrels with zero fuss at 12fpe in the UK
