My new Challenge Target

Compliments of @ThomasT , I've got a new personal challenge for basement winter fun. This is my first serious attempt at 6 yards with my HW44 177 cal. I'm shooting H&N Baracuda FT 9.57 gn (new line of pellets) which rumor has it were developed for the Luther Walther barrel and perhaps the Weihrach specifically. Who knows, but they are precision pellets out of the pistol.

Hey Ross, nice shooting! Thanks for the heads up on the Barracuda FT, JSB 10.3 has always been my goto, but I will have to try those. What are you using for optic's?
I use a bugbuster 3-12 power. It's the closest focusing scope out there. Not the highest quality and cross hairs are very thick, but it really does job. Oh, it's only 3 clicks per moa, so not fine enough to really dial in the hits. That's why so many are just at edge of circle.

I shot that target last night. 8 yards My HW44 in .22 I have a Burris compact R/A scope. JSB 18g. Was quite a little challenge. Stopping to reload, and air. Then get focused back on target. Then with my setup, I believe more light would help. Waiting on my scope for my HW44 in .177. Really tough to hit that small with a red dot. And for yourself, good shooting as always.
