Did you weigh pellets ? I was able to get a ES of 8 fps and SD of 2 with 10 shots from RWS Superdomes weighed at 14.7 gr. This with my RWS 34 in .22 cal. The average was 729 fps. Weighing pellets really helps with velocity consistency.

What do you use to weigh them?

I use this digital scale and it's accuracy is right up there with a OHaus Triple Beam.

No I did not, they were straight from the tin, H&N FTT 15 gainers.

Weighing them will tighten extreme spreads even more. Last month I was chronographing my RWS 34 and I had three shots in a row with the same velocity. That has never happened before in all the chronograph testing I've done with multiple airguns. Two identical shots on many occasions. But three!! That as a result of weighing and consistent seating.
