My two sided targets

Part of my range set up are some two sided targets, cast iron skillets.

One side is iron. But is you turn around the stand, on the opposite side they are filled with modeling clay. For a different effect.

The skillets are great!! I hung mine with carabiners in front of an old helium tank at 92 yards out. Painted yellow to contrast the grass/trees cause my friend has skillets at his range but painted green and they kinda get lost in the woods.

Group right side of the leaf is 16 shots (the 3 went high off the skillet) from me with my Avenger just laying in a tripod 18.13 JSB doing 876 fps. 6.41 dots down at 16x zoom. Forgot how to count dots and those 3 went high. Lol

Very noticeable difference hitting the skillet vs the hollow helium tank. Ping!!! Lol

Now you've got me wanting to see what the clay is like! Per Chairgun, I will have half the fpe at 92 yards vs muzzle. Would be cool to shoot it at 30 yards then see what the impact is like at 92.

Thanks for the idea!
