EDgun Mysterious Leshiy 2 Externally Adjustable Regulator

What I am finding fascinating, that many people think money can buy them everything.
Dady had enough chunk of cash and got a Bentley (or Ferrari or Corvette or Ducati whatever) and expects it to work flawless for he's ideas. And btw ended up ditching it right after a first corner.
Just sayin...
I look at it a little differently because I’m not going to serve as an apologist for the manufacturer based on my own sunk cost. Many people seem to do this with FX and Edgun, denying the existence of obvious issues, promoting DIY fixes or aftermarket parts and pointing out that owners who aren’t prepared to dig in with a dremel or credit card shouldn’t own an AG. This is bad for our community because it sends the message to manufacturers that we’re OK with shonky products - that we’ll fix them ourselves with a dremel or aftermarket parts.

In this case, when you’re on reg design #3 or 4 and it’s still creeping >10bar, or your customers are having to perform surgery on a reg, you should look at designs from Taipan, AGT, Brocock or others that don’t creep more than 2-3 bar. While I certainly appreciate some of the innovative design from Edgun, I’m tired of the regulator experiments. Because of the way this AG operates, it demands a fast moving and stable reg. There’s no way to tune out the effects of creep by running it high on the speed plateau like you would do with a conventional PCP. Let’s face it: The best regs are those that have large diameter bellvilles that sit inline in the tube. I don’t care for on-the-fly adjustment. The L2 is easy to degas, remove the tube and adjust the reg. Moreover, if ever a gun needed two inline regs, it’s the Leshiy 2.

I totally agree. I sold my EDGun after the 4th regulator still creeping and all the other stuff that needed fixes. Its the airgun i've spend most time and money on. No more EDGun for me.

Pretty much every PCP we buy there is still some tweaking the Reg.
Interestingly I diy fixed the REPR creep about two years ago, my L2 can sit for weeks (currently @ 75 bars, .22 16 gn Hades @ 770 fps) and there is no creep recorded on digital gauge.
The fix? I made a pin one end a ball (same OD as the ceramic ball in the Reg), and with diamond paste polished the ball pocket. Never creep again...many thousand shots in meantime.
I wish the FX Regs could be that so easy. My Impact Reg piston I already polished third time to 5 microns, the indent will sooner or later will come back.

Most of mine are solid enough from the factory to tune out the effect of creep, except for the FXs which seem to either creep or refresh slowly. But, as I mentioned, the L2 cannot be tuned to accommodate creep. I trust that your fix is good, but the 3rd reg should come from the factory working solidly, yet many people observe 10bar or more of creep. If you cant provide a solid reg for your $2.5k AG then at least give the user a push button plenum vent that we can push in the morning to erase the extra pressure before taking a shot!

Exactly - all about DIY to get it to work as it should. EDGun should make that pin and install - not the buyer.
EDGun is a big laugh for me. Overhyped and overpriced - perfect marketing.
The new apex reg I got - fps spread was 50 :ROFLMAO: and it creeped too. That was my 4th regulator. The huma did well but refresh time didnt allow rapid fire.
EDGun is now sold - lost lots of money - but have time to shoot now because im not fixing the EDGun or waiting for parts for it.
