Mystery Machine I got no clue...need help to identify.

Any luck so far? I've been racking my brain looking under everything I can think might shed some light on it. It's a fun mystery project lol.
Have you taken anything apart that might expose a hint? Is there a patent number on it?
I removed the grip, nothing except a small machined flat spot that removed the anodizing and a small tapped hole on one side that was after anodizing. Next step is going to a paint ball store when I get into town...one close to where we grocery shop...possibly may contact auction Co for any info...there was more info but wife can't remember facts and figures...supposed to be a prototype of some kind of airgun all I know...nothing except the bee on the thing. Not given up yet.

I've seen several of those types over the years, usually some form of a clone of an AF gun, at least inspired by them Often, they will have a drop down tank adapter in the rear sort of like those the Leishy has now where the bottle valve is to the rear. I dont recall now if I'd seen them on the old Talon forum, the new Talon forum or back when the Yellow was active. I know Snowpeak had considered it at one point and one could buy some frame parts on AliExpress

I cant be for certain, but I do seem to recall the 'bee' as well on some of them.

Have no clue what it is.

If you remove the screw from the ‘tank’ and slide it into the receiver, keeping the notches aligned for the hammer, will the screw go in from the top (it appears to be missing the bottom one.

Also, when the hammer and ‘transfer tube’ are installed, can you cock it? This should present rear of barrel for loading. Then slide transfer back and it’s ready to fire. Exactly like a Airforce.

Cool find.

The tank and spring slide hammer part don't seem to match/mate at least the anodizing on the hammer part have no screw marks...if they did when fired the tank and the hammer/spring part would move together to the rear...a pressure tank wouldn't move with the hammer, there is a right angle tubing fitting on the tank that hadn't been mentioned seen on first set of pictures...fill or tethering or what? Keep working on it folks...

Note the two tapers and the tubing fitting?? Also the sear latch.

You can save yourself the time and effort of going to the paintball store. It is 100% not a paintball gun of any variety. The only barrels that had anything resembling true rifling would be for First Strike paintballs and those are only made in .50 and .68. They would also be threaded barrels and very easy to identify. As also stated above, a paintball gun would have a feed mechanism very obvious on it.

Google (lens) HATES anything gun related.
I've searched the internet and found mystery gun (firearms) pictures in forums, blogs, etc after Google lense couldn't find a single picture to match.
It's sad.
Any more luck op?
Awesome possum that your wife bought it. Mine likely would have also.
A work in progress...members dis agree on paint ball related or not...not given' up yet...

A 1000 thanks to your old lady for bringing home such a gift" all i ever get is a pair of stocks" i hope ya get up early and make her a nice breakfast." A women that would bring home a gun for her husband? I never herd of any like that?
Read this reply to the wife she got a good belly laugh out of it...she's a great girl married 39 y in may.

The tapered piece with the slide/hammer is not supposed to interface with the tank, it only touches the valve/oring sticking out on tank. If you remove the screw, does the tank slide into receiver? You can leave the tapered/hammer piece out for this test.

Dave
Did you try putting it together without hammer/tapered anodized installed.

If you can get just the tank to slide into receiver, there will be a gap between the barrel and valve tophat. That will give a clue how long the projectile could be for loading.
