N265

Well, not exactly. Every once in a while I get curious about longer ranges. This is a 25 shot group at 50y and a 10 shot at 265y with same gun. My goal was to put 10 shots inside the center most number 13 box at 265… But didn't quite get there.

My laser rangefinder was giving me yardages between 265 and 280… But will just call it 265. Took about 400 clicks from 50.

Group is about .7 MOA for the 265y. I didn't measure the 50 but it's probably closer to .375 MOA.

Because it was early and the mirage wasn't bad, I could actually see all my holes without a lot of trouble.

Wind was light but variable.

Is that a thread protector on the front of the barrel Mike? Nice trigger shoe too Kidding aside it kind of makes sense to use just a post.

Mike, I like seeing the visual changes you make on each iteration of Thomas slug gun.

I'm sure there are also plenty of internal changes as well.

Please keep showing us more N265's on calm mornings.
