You also might want to add a (12"-24") sail tail to estimate wind velocity. Your arrows are also backwards to how most flags are configured but to each his own. Not trying to rain on your parade but merely offering an opinion.

Switched the rear panel orientation and going to have the 3 arrows on each side facing the direction the wind is blowing. Need to machine a hole on the carbon fiber panel for the streamer to attach thru.

Very nice! Now your arrow shows the direction from whence the wind is coming from and the approximate direction of your hold off.
