Napier Stock Shield

Anyone ever use this stuff? I have an old Air Arms 410SL with walnut stock. I like the natural "low finish" style of the stock, but it's starting to look a little too dry, and I'm looking for a product to protect/enhance it, without adding a shellac/varnish look to it. I don't want it to be shiny, and I don't want it to be darker.

It's an English product, and an English gun, so maybe they know what's up. Or is it just fancy Lemon Pledge

I like the birchwood Casey kit. Has a really hard finish that’s really shiny. After it cures it has a stock sheen compound to knock the shine down to where you like it. Here’s my 410

Thanks for the reply, I don't want the stock to be shiny. I like the matte, or somewhat flat appearance of the factory finish. I was just thinking of something to "feed" the stock finish.

I use the hand rubbed London oil from SB McWilliams. Easy to use/apply and dries quick.

You could also use BLO or a tung oil mix (tung oil cut with mineral spirits or turpentine) but I've found SBs hand rubbed to be the easiest to use for touching up oiled finishes.
