Need AGT Uragan shroud ?

Airgun Technology will probably tell you to contact the dealer you bought it from. They're not customer friendly imo.
What ever happened to the owner/designer? I believe his name is Evengy. When the Vulcan was first introduced, I've read some threads in the past of good customer service and him always providing parts straight from the factory. Has this changed? Haven't owned anything from AGT yet so I'm not familiar with their CS.

I asked them to exchange the oversize barrel on my V3 that was nowhere near what they advertised. They ignore every email.
I asked them for a copy of the V3 part numbers that are on the diagram in the owners manual but have no name or description. They said contact the person you bought it from.

Can you please tell me what is the problem of the barrel of your V3 30 Cal?

What I have notice with mine is that because of the lenght of the barrel I need to stay still longer after the shot to hit where I want.

Now who answer the emails is Oleg Kovaliuk.

Standard size .30 caliber airgun barrels measure .294" lands and .300" grooves.

At the time I purchased, AGT advertised the 700mm V3 as having a polygonal CZ barrel that will be an excellent slug shooter.

The non CZ and non polygonal barrel AGT used measures .2995" lands and .3064" grooves so it's way oversize for industry standard .300 ammunition.

AVS is the only manufacturer of .306 slugs that I know of and they cost 3x as much as standard size NSA.

The difference en measures that you point out affects accuracy with both pellets and slugs?

Based on the advertisement of AGT I purchased the 700mm V3 as a dedicated slug gun with the intention of making high power with heavy slugs. So yes the oversize barrel causes problems. Some slugs you can see their wide corkscrew trail through the scope.
I have a new TJ's barrel for my V3 that I will fit to the gun probably next month.

Please share w

Please share experience with your new TJ barrel.

There is no “correctly” sized barrel. Let’s see the TJ outshoot it.
There is an industry standard for .30 caliber airguns which is .300
By your logic they could substitute a .340 barrel and it should be the customers problem to find ammo to fit it.
Makes no difference because AGT advertised it as 7.62mm but sold 7.78mm barrels instead so that makes them incorrectly sized where I went to school.

That's a ridiculous analogy. AVS makes .3063 slugs and did long before these barrels. You just look for a reason to complain about this at every turn. In manufacturing supplies dry up. You go to another supplier. It's just business. You have a good gun that can shoot slugs that match it. I'm not trying to offend, I'm just hearing the same broken record play. Good day.

No, you have a biased opinion since you were earning at least part of your living as their USA tech until there wasn't enough money or whatever happened.
There's nothing wrong with sourcing from another supplier as long as you're up front about it and use an alternate part with the same specs as the former supplier. By your analogy you wouldn't mind if the manufacturer substituted a 13mm wrench for the 1/2" wrench in your new SAE set... you just have to find bolts to fit it.
It's OK for you to shilI, maybe you'll be payed for it in out of spec barrels.

I don't feel I have a biased opinion. Others have basically told you the same. I no longer have any dealing with AGT and still feel the same. There are many folks that are very please with their Alfa barreled .30 V3. Have you spoken to the dealer? Maybe they could trade you a new CZ barreled one (they didn't announce going back to all CZ barrels either).

I feel you have a very biased opinion because you want to keep that door open.
Others shoot pellets or light cup base slugs that are help to center and seal.
I find your arguments very disingenuous because you would be just as angry if you ordered three .30 barrels at once and received a .297, a .303 and a .308
I never felt like any of this was the dealer's fault so I have never mentioned him in my complaint.

Wrong again bud. I slammed the door shut. Others are shooting slugs my friend. Chow.
