Need assistance in a model chrono

Hey, all, I need assistance on the certain chrono that folks found excellent enough to do what’s needed w/o breaking the bank. I recently got my bro in law into pcp’s and you all know the investment it takes to get started from having no pcp experience at all, so I’m trying to help him with a decent “must have” without breaking the bank or having my sister beat his a$$, ha ha!!

It’s the chrono that reads I believe in FPM(?) and is found on amazon for I believe less than $50? I tried searching thru amazon but theirs a ton of different types and I know at one time there was a popular one being used by members here.

Please provide a link so I can easily forward to him- thanks a bunch, all!!😃👍

One confirmed example that supports switching between mps and fps:

Mine dont , but it's a earlier one . Big deal . Its Woked well little to errors with .177 , best 26$ spent on this type of thing..

Even it it dont do fps kust take mps x 3.28 = fps .. even a knuckle head like me its easy peasy..

Not to say you cant get a lemon but im happy with mine.

Also mine has great battery life no ... Excellent

Edit mps to fps xby 3.28. ( Maybe a knuckle head like me cant do it)..duaaaa

I have the one nervoustrig posted.
It works well. Instructions suck.
I learned how to get FPS to display instead of MPS from a member here.
I charged it when I bought it 6-9mo ago? Still going but I don't use it unless I change something on a gun.
Definitely do the wood block mod to protect the far side from a pellet strike.
I thought the instructions (chinglish) were now in the box ?

I had to print mine off a forum post..lol

Thanks guys! If anyone has the steps to convert it to FPS please post on this thread so I can send it to my bro in law- thanks again!
I like to see cause maybe mine does fps but the old translated instructions just dont explain the button combo needed ..lol.

Still that simple math handles that if not

Converting from meters/sec to FPS.
1) hold the power button until it comes on
2)when it comes on it cycles a bit (blinking on all the LEDs) but when it display P5 press the power button again and you should see FPS display
Good to go
You can add pellet weight so it can calculate FPE for you but I have no patience to program that. I also never really figured it out....
