Need assistance on Alkin owners

Hey Alkin folks. Unsure if you all with the newer models can assist, but I snapped off my oil cap/crank case breather today and need a replacement. Checking the threads a 1/2” NPT threads on but no where can I source a 1/2” NPT plastic breather. I thought most compressors would use the same type. I can notify Alkin on Monday but if I can source one and order a generic I would like to get it here as soon as possible.

I’m hoping the Alkin rep that cruises these forums will pipe in, also.

Mine is a 2004 model. A lot of generic replacements call for 15mm wide threads but never call out the thread pitch.

Thanks- I’ll swing by a Grainger and @ d3vnull I placed that in my cart in case I go that route-

So here are some pics out of my parts manual, along with the vent that I super glued for now just to pull measurements-

Can’t believe they don’t have a part number or a call out for that part whatsoever. I think once I find this part I’m gonna pick up a few!

If it's just a simple breather, numerous options are available. A simple sintered bronze pneumatic exhaust muffler would work as well as the device breather plug already mentioned:

These inexpensive molded plastic mufflers might fit your application as well, being essentially disposable. This might be a good choice if there is any tendency for oil mist to condense and clog pores in the vent.

I emailed them last night and by 9:00 am my time they responded, so a replacement is in the works. They have to check stock at their parts warehouse.

Hopefully they still stock it but in case they don’t I have a back up plan.
