N/A Need help choosing

These are my recommendation PCPs (No specific order). Then choose your caliber. I haven't shot the Stoegers or avenge or avenge-x but have heard great things about them. I wouldn't hesitate checking them out.

Umarex Zelos (SnowPeak m60 B=bottle version for more shots) (The Zelos can be found for about $400-450)
Stoeger XM1 Scout or Ranger
Air Venturi Avenge or Avenge-X
Benjamin Marauder

I had a .25 zelos that I did a bottle conversion on and traded it, should have kept it.

I have a .25 Zelos too. I also got the 480cc CF bottle. I'm shooting quarter size groups at 50 yards. Every time I think about selling it because I now have my FX Maverick... I always end up changing my mind... lol. It's a "Just in case" gun. 😅

You will have to move fast but this is within your budget and reliable . You do not have to worry about scratches or dings they have already been installed by the previous owner lol .

I need some help to figure out what airgun is best for my needs.I have been trying to find the right gun for my needs but it's been hard. I ended up with a gauntlet sl30 that's great but too much for my back yard pigeon's. I want something .22 or .25, 30-50 fpe, decent shot count and reliable. Around $500. And suggestions would be appreciated.
@Familyguy91b2 How on earth are we to know what your needs are if you don’t articulate them? That’s it In the quoted post? That’s not too specific. Plenty of air guns should fit the bill, although the FPE is a little high for the price point and .22. Stick around deals will come, go, and come again.

22 or 25, 30 to 50fpe, decent shot count. For pest animals
@Familyguy91b2 Try not to get too anxious. Can you tell us a Little more about the pest animals? What sort of range do you intend to shoot? At which animals specifically? Just pigeons? In what sort of environment? Only your backyard? Are you concerned about noise?

@Familyguy91b2 I was also thinking of an Umarex Notos. Although I have no experience with one. I don’t think it meets your FPE requirements out of the box, perhaps some Notos owners can chime in on the dependability aspect. @zerochance suggested some good air rifles. Would you consider a spring piston air rifle? Like a break barrel?

I have an old Benjamin varmint hunter from about 10 years ago in tje back of my closet. I think at this point I might sell my nv scope as well. I would love to have that brocock
The Bantams are nice rifles. I bought a used one from AOA a few years ago. It ended up needing a few seals, but it has been a solid rifle.

@thammer says he can hook you up. That seems like it’s worth exploring. I’ve read of some of his work with Kral air rifles. Also @Airgun-Revisions and AOA’s used section (where that used Bantam Hi-Lite is posted) are good places to look. Good luck on your search man.

Thank you all for your help. I'm a disabled veteran so my hobbies are limited. Airguns are the one thing that helps my stress and anxiety

Notos is an ok air gun. Super accurate. The only thing it lacks is power. If it can shoot 15gr pellets at 850fps it’ll be awesome. But I’m only seeing 750fps stock. I’d save up the $80 and get a XM1 Scout or ranger. I think they’re capable of up to 900fps with 18.13gr.
