Need help fixing scope

I have a hawke vantage 30 wa ffp 4-16x50 and my windage turret stopped adjusting. Could my scope rings be to tight or is it a different issue?

Maybe a picture of the gun with it mounted . But running out of windage is a odd one.. mostly droop guys run out of elevation...

Anyway maybe a picture long ways fown the gun showing a alinement issue or skewed barrel .. .. thing is if the scopes gone bad being a hawke maybe best to send it in under there lifetime warranty ..

Same happened to me , sent it back.
Scope tube was to thin , only tighten to 15 in pound .

Take advantage of Hawke's warranty if it applies. Don't think you, personally, can fix it.
