Diana Need help for my diana mod 75 front sight

Hi everyone. I got a daisy peep sight for my diana mod 75, the rear sight is easy to put on, but the front sight dosent fit. I measured it and I think its a 9mm dovetail?
Any one know where can I get a adapter to make the 9mm dovetail to 3/8 or 11mm? Thank you so much guys.

no you will have to get the right globe sight
the standard globe sight for Diana, FWB or early Walther or Anschutz is 9-9.5mm
the correct sight is a sight that takes 15.9mm inserts that Diana still use as well as FWB 150-300's and old Walther and Kimber 82's in .22 LR
and has screw on ends at both sides
so is it important that the rifle has the right sight maybe not to you but the next person it might be so do it right once

You could make an adapter. You need to keep the front sight height within the adjustment of the rear. I once had two 75’s and removed the front sight on one and mounted a scope. If you know what you’re looking for you will eventually find one on eBay. They have a unique look to them. Borrowed picture.

Just a thought. You could probably very easily make this inexpensive sight work until you find the actual one. It almost goes down enough but the body being made a polymer would make it easy to modify.

I see some globe sight on ebay but they don’t have specific size information. I did some research on google but still can’t find a adapter to make my 3/8 sight to fit.

You would have to file a couple tiny slims. You will have to look daily on eBay. The average person would not know what sight they even had. So look for “globe sight, tunnel sight, target front sight, rifle front sight, etc “. Be able to recognize it.
