Need Help With Air Venturi 74cf Tank

So here's my issue. I have the above tank with a Air Venturi 200 bar regulated valve. The Air Venturi fill station threaded part of the plunger that pushes on the valve is stripped out. So now I can't get the air out of the tank (tank is sitting at 4500psi). I've looked on many sites and the replacement part is out of stock or discontinued. Anyone know where I might find a replacement part?

You need to take it to a dive shop if your whip won't bleed. 
I'm not sure if that's what you meant but others Jimmy King on here has anything you need and is great to deal with.

There's Northshore Compressors, August Industries, tons of places. Just look up HPA fittings.

I'll try and explain better what has happened. So the 200 bar regulated valve ( which looks like a rebadged Ninja valve) is not the problem. Its the piece that threads on top of the valve that has the stripped part. So right now I can't get the air out of the tank.
