Need Help with the New FX/LCS SK19 Barrel Removal (.22)

I have the new FX/LCS SK19 with the FX barrel system:

OK, so I got it to where you unscrew the threaded piece (chrome) that holds the barrel in, or sleeve, or whatever that thing is that looks like a small barrel (black) inside a slightly bigger tube (aluminum). Do I just grab that small barrel thing with pliers and pull it out? That doensn't seem like a good idea.

I am supposed to remove the barrel and install a LW barrel they want me to test.

I'm not too jazzed about messing with my new FX barrel system, but I have to learn some time.

What do I do next for safe FX system removal?

Ummm, If it's an FX barrel system the liner (actual rifled barrel) You just pull it out.
Stock would have 3 or so o-rings depending on the length. Those o-rings are removed if a Carbon fiber sleeve was installed,
A slight twisting as you pull is needed. And very good chance 1 or more o-rings will be stuck inside the sleeve. (Outer part)
