Need one more fitting to finish my tank and gauge. Got quesiion.

Well i need someone to help me out of this problem. All I have left to do is hook the micro hose to the gauges. The problem is the threads do not match up. This is what fitting I need...1/8" Female BSP to 1/4" female NPT Adapter in 6000psi. Or Some way to do this. I cant seem to find the fitting to do this. If any of you have an idea on this I would sure be eager to listen. Thanks
So i have 1/4" npt male .....that has to hook up to..... 1/8" bspp male... 6000psi
Here is a visual.

Thanks again. Richard

Richard,

Can't quite understand why it is that you have that "xtra" inline shut off value on the fill rig. How is it that you are going to use it? What sequence of opening and closing valves are you going to use to fill?

If you are trying to "save" air that is in the cross and the CGA 347 during the bleed it will not work, as once you close the xtra valve the bleeder is no longer between the valve and the gun.You will have 3K psi in the hose between xtra valve and gun. You will not be able to remove the hose until you open the xtra valve (with the tank valve closed) and then open the bleeder, which will bleed all of the air between the tank and the gun saving nothing. You are actually wasting MORE air, that which is in the xtra valve.

The only possible way I see this as "working" is if the piece you have ordered contains an in-line bleeder.

No changed my mind on putting at the end.....its like a safty...if the main valve would not shut off I can shut it off....(yep i know i could pull the adaptor out of the rifle) but 4500psi shooting out the end of the hose dosn't sound like a good thing. ..and I think it will be easyer to adjust the pressure with this valve.....im a little odd that way....im sure u dont need it..but what can I say...makes me feel better. ... : ) dont try to figure it out...this is just things us crazy peaple do.... : ) thanks for your feed back. Richard ps...I took everyones advice and got a mico hose..great idea...thanks again

Yep this is how I was going to do it.. hook hoses to gauges at the end of the hose put the valve after the valve put the bleeder and then the adapter to the gun. But I didnt like all the weight at the end. So I did what you guys did but with safty valve.. : ) yep this is what crazy peaple do...or is it better to say....he is a.little differant..... : ) richard

Actually the "safety" valve could be accomplished with your bleeder, not trying to pull your fill off the gun as that likely would not happen easily.

That's funny...I'm going to get off topic for a little ,,,sorry...years ago i had a 12 little john boat that I fished out of. I fished a lot for largemouths bass. Then I got the fever to get one of those bass catching machines that were always on TV. I got a 18ft Stratos...fiberglass,,, beautiful,,, fishing machine. I loved to fish back it the area where there were sunken trees. After the first few trips my catching was way down. I was so scared of scratching this beautiful stratos fishing machine that I spent half of my time tossing body parts between the trees and my boat,,,,,long story short The nixed year I got rid of the beautiful fishing machine and got me a real fishing machine. A 14ft wide john boat that I could let bounce off the trees and not worry about it....I got back to catching fish again, To keep me on topic.... after I would get done fishing I would go look at airguns,,,and tanks ... : )
