This is continuous problem with ALL Chinese products from all the Chinese companies. Aftermarket support is of zero interest in the Chinese business model. The Chinese place that responsibility with the reseller. Be prepared to make or source all your spares yourself.

Unfortunately I think you are Right!....Now I have learned..I will no longer buy anything that does not have a good support system !

The Chinese are not alone in the poor or non-existent support arena. The Turkish manufacturers are right there with the Chinese. Fortunately, you can locally source the common parts with industrial suppliers like McMaster, but you can also make the rest if you can use a lathe or mill.

A reason I like my Benjamin and Crosman pistols,easy to get parts , especially custom parts, grips,barrels and great information on how to make them better.

I get a lot of spam and once in awhile a valid email slips through on me, but not very often.
