I need a replacement water pump for my GX-E CS4-I.

You can get a pump a tropical fish store that will work for your needs

I upgraded with larger flow aquarium pump
Also, I don't know the "GX-E CS4-I" but if you can replace to larger barb fittings for better=higher flow. This what I did with my YH.
