Need Some Help on A Gun

Looking to get a "Air Gun". .22 cal for hunting and trapping. Live in NJ so can only use a .22 cal. Any suggestions on Make & Models. Also where to get them.
​I was looking and saw some good things on the "Benjamin Marauder .22 cal" Any help on this issue would be great

Probably need to tell us what your budget is for the gun. If you are looking at the Marauder or other PCP, you need to have a 3,000 psi air source which is an additional expense to consider.

Hi 
The Maurder is a great platform lots of modifications you can do to it.
The Sumatra carbine or full size is a great platform. Not pellet picky and you can adjust power on the fly.
The Hatsan products are pretty good as well. You can carry extra air cylinders for it.

Check the laws in NJ. I hear they're pretty strict. That's one of the reasons I left Brick. The laws might have an effect on what rifles you are able to have and shoot. For instance, some rifles have removable LDC's that reduce the sound of the rifle firing. This one feature might be against the laws but a full non-removable shroud might be ok.

Mrods are very good,benjamin discovery is light weight and for trapping you may need to carry other things so weight may be a factor in your choice.also some crosman break barrels have sling mounts which also could help In hunting and trapping.
