Need verification of parts used in Yong Heng burst disc assembly

I recently blew a burst disc on my Yong Heng compressor. Despite replacing the disc multiple times, I'm getting a leak around the threads for the burst disc assembly. I've changed the amount of torque applied, but no dice. Apparently, these things can crack, so I have another on order.

In the meantime, I'm wondering if I'm missing pieces. I've got three: the screw, the burst disc, and brass piece that holds the burst disc in place. Is that it? Is there a seal between the burst disc assembly and where it screws into?

Well, I busted out the bore cam to take a closer look...

That solves the leak question. Figured damage like that would cause more noise, but I was wearing hearing protection. Sounded like an o-ring going, not a piece of metal splitting.

I might have a spare or 2. I'll check. Looks like it might have been over tightened to crack like that. Should be TWO PIECES, burst disc & brass nut to secure it. You mentioned 3 pieces.
