Negative Experiences with Airgundepot.com

I'll try to keep this as factual as possible.

  • 2019-02-17 - Placed an order for the Airforce E-Pump which was indicated as in stock.
  • 2019-02-17 - Received order confirmation from [email protected] by E-Mail.
  • 2019-02-18 - Received E-Mail notification that the item was placed in Back Order with no ETA. Payment would be charged once available.
  • 2019-02-18 - E-Mailed [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] requesting order cancellation and requesting cancellation confirmation
    • [email protected] E-Mail address bounced - account does not exist.
      • Order status page shows -- "Questions about your order? Click here to email us."; email link leads to [email protected]
    • [email protected] E-Mail address bounced - account does not exist.
      • From the order E-Mail -- "If you have any questions, shoot us an email or give us a call at 1-866-477-4867"; email link is to [email protected].
  • 2019-02-19 - No response received from E-Mail on 2019-02-18.
  • 2019-02-20 - Order status still shown as "Pending"; Called 1-866-477-4867
    • No ring-through using Windstream land-line; carrier/exchange routing hand-off errors/issues (bad call-handler provider?)
    • 10+ minute hold time for "Sales" from AT&T cellular phone, after an elongated time, I was steered to Voicemail; left voice-mail requesting cancellation of order.
    • Cancellation request resent to [email protected] and [email protected]
    • Shipping and billing notification of Back Ordered item received.
      • UPS status "Label Created 02/20/2019 10:56 A.M. United States"
    • Received call back and voicemail, no indication order was cancelled.
    • Returned call, spoke with CSR, described situation, requested cancellation. Order currently in shipping limbo state. Seller will recall the package if the carrier is in possession of it.

Issues:

  • Poor inventory management (indicating items in stock/available only to be oversold and placed on Back Order with no ETA)
  • Broken contact information in order confirmation and order status pages
  • Lack of timely response (or any at all)

I think you left off the "s".
