Never Had Faster Service.

I said it before, and I'll say it again. Skout is the fastest most engaged, and courteous experience I've ever had from any manufacturer, or vendor of anything. I ordered my Skout Evo 5 days ago. And today it arrived. Even after I changed the delivery address to my work, so I wouldn't have to take a day off to sign for the package. Truly impressive. 5 days. Two of which were the weekend. Which incidentally didn't stop Darryl from answering an Email after hours. Truly great. So... 3 business days. With a weekend in the middle. You just can't beat it.

Now if my scope, mount, and ammo would get here..!
 
There is something to be said about dealing directly with the MAN and receiving that kind of personal service builds a great relationship with customers! I have had the same experiences with Martin Rutterford of RAW, exceptional personable person with a wealth of knowledge of his builds...priceless!

Just remember, during the BIG events, the boys at Skout usually go to compete..they like to have fun too...so the customer service during that time is closed
