I posted recently re: a new V3 700mm in .22 that I recently purchased. They come with two mags - 12 shots per for .22. I already had four of them for the smaller 500m V3 that I already own. Initially I didn't notice the new magazines that the new gun came with as both are same caliber - so I was just using existing. When I did finally bust out the new magazines to glob them together with the other four that's when I noticed (visually) " . . . .? somethings different . . . . " I loaded one of 'em up and started shooting - pew! pew! pew . . . . and then after a while -- "phhhht!"
Huh? Cock it and shoot again. --> "Phhht!" ( mumbling to myself . . . ) "Sounds like it's shooting air - like my HW100 or Taipan's do . . .
It is.
WTF?? These new mag's - while 13 shots now DON'T have the auto-stop thing ( you can't cock it anymore when mag = empty ).
Me no like - I'd just assume have only 12 shots and know when the mag is done.
Anyway - that's my "rant". ( lol ) The new gun is great! I've got some batches of ammo coming in for testing per you guys recommendations - some zan's, some VK's and some NSA's - we shall see.
