New air gun store in Wilmington NC

Just to let you know that Cape Fear Airguns opened its doors around Thanksgiving. It is a small storefront in Wilmington NC and has room to grow. The street address is 210 Old Dairy Road.
The owner said that he used to be a tech for another company before starting his business. We talked for quite some time and he does seem to be very knowledgeable . I hope his business takes off because we need a store like that around here.

I believe he worked for FX USA before they closed the doors. I have sent a cpl fx guns to him over the last Cpl years. He does good work and is very informative. Glad to hear he has a storefront and explains why he got a little slow this fall. Are there a decent number of guns in there ?

I am from Wilmington originally. Grew up and Spirea Ave. I hope this shop does well.

Yep, you talked to Newman he was the head tech at FX USA. He also is a Airforce/RAW dealer now. He has a big list of consignment FX rifles too. He repaired my Maverick under warranty with no issues. Great guy to talk to, on top of his mad airsmith skills.

right now he has about 20 rifles hanging on the wall and a few pistols in a display case. I have no idea what is in the back of the store. and yes you can handle the display items. He also has various accessories available.

I cannot agree more with your statement. what I particularly like is having a place to see and handle what he has. No more guessing what I want from a picture.
