I am a very very angry user. I was a happy user before you changed the App for the new one without my permission, the conversion of dozens of profiles is totally screwed up, the data is screwed up, the lack of clarity of the profile selection is totally horrible.
all this without a choice user used old or new.
Dozens of measurements and profiling for various rifles and slug went down the drain, no replacement, MV here totally ****ed up.
The order of the profiles name for each rifle and then the sub-profile name for each bullets got deleted, everything is under the rifle profile name.
Previously finding a suitable profile was a matter of 2s, now even if the names were kept it's a 5min search.
Until now I have been doing good advertising for this company wherever I go, from now I stop with this unless a remedy is arranged, i.e. the possibility to stay on the old application or do not run the old data in the correct format, this is not the way to deal with customers !
What's so hard about converting 282m/s to 282m/s in a new application when both applications are from the same company.
Who's going to trust your ballistic result if you can't do something as simple as converting the data correctly?
If you decide to go with a new ballistic app, keep in mind that your data is definitely not safe.
