I received my AVX .177 Classic Synthetic 2 days ago from PA. PA's folks did a 20 shot test for me and velocity was not tight like I'm used to. Their folks should have noticed that and done something about it. I have shot about 250 pellets through it and while it was pellet picky, I finally got the groups I needed but no matter what pellet I use (or slug), I have large variations in FPS. I expect somewhere between 0 and 5 fps variation like I get with my other airguns. Not so. I made no changes to any HS or reg. I thoroughly cleared the barrel b4 shooting it. Reg came set at 1950 or so. Is there where it is set at the factory? I stop shooting and fill up when I get close to the reg setting. See these chronos and please tell me how to resolve this problem.
