Like I mentioned, a better description would help. Sure they are just getting started but we’re only talking about a few more words on an existing web page.

I seen it said ‘airgun use only’ but didn’t know if it was because of material or bore dimensions. It could be that the .22 is a tight bore and not be acceptable for rim or centerfire .22

Again, more info needed….

The last two barrels I built for my Impact were pretty salty price wise. If I would add my labor, it would be real costly. I agree that if this company is legit, it’s definitely not for everyone even though a segment of our hobby has no problem throwing dumb money at a gun for a moderate gain or at the very least the placebo effect.

The “drop in” barrel for airgun slugs would be a serious hurdle and could run a company out of business quick. But just selling blanks and letting guys screw them up could be safer. So let’s just hope they make it. And it’s not their only source of income.

Well as i understand it’s part of American air arms and I assume they figure their making barrels for their guns they might as well make them for others too

That is definitely good news. Extra income, no effort and providing an item we definitely need. Maybe they could sell blems for the budget conscious. For now I have no barrel plans but when I do, I’d definitely try one.

Thomas rifles have empirical proof that their barrels are incredible groups at numerous shots AND are better in the wind.
My first PCP is a Daystate CR94. I once clamped the action into a Bridgeport mill vice and shot 50 pellets indoors at 45 yards. The result was ONE ragged hole with the old 1990's Crosman Premiere 7.9. My Morini pistol is another 1 hole shooter at 50 feet indoors.
I wish this new company success BUT IMO we have already have options that work quite well.

Tom is part of the partnership and is the head engineer, but it is not part of AAA.

They seem to be focused on 30 right now. I'm looking forward to other calibers becoming more available.

Like @Franklink, I've toured the operation and though they're still working through occasional hiccups, it's impressive 👍👍 Tom is a busy, busy guy...

As Bob said (and also via communication with some of the SubMOA owners) they are a standalone barrel manufacturer. Of course Tom Costan is involved in both, but the SubMOA barrels are not only going into future AAA guns. They have contracts to supply barrels to other gun manufacturers as well.
