Just arrived today, a new Cometa Fenix 400 Star in a very pretty walnut looking stock . Now for some dry weather, and after mounting a scope I’ll give it a work out! Thanks Jon for such a great looking rifle. Charles

Been looking at cometa recently, looks like some nice stuff. Never seen 1 in person though. How does it measure up to your expectations? How would it compare to other brands fit/finish wise?

So far I’m super happy with the Cometa line of rifles. In fact I have just ordered my 8th one. My all time favorite is the HW rifles and so far the Cometa are close in shooting fun. Charles

Spent about two hours enjoying shooting my new Cometa 400 Star with a new mounted Hawke Vantage scope. At 50ft hardly ever a miss at my reactive targets. CharlesWow sekiar 8?! That saids a lot about the brand.

Just noticed that Jon has added another Cometa model, Fusion Premier and I just ordered one in.177 in walnut stock! Someone needs to stop me, as my wife said fine with her

I have been delighted with the Fenix 400 USC .22 I got from Jon a while back. I have a recent HW80 also in .22 and the Cometa produces the same energy with the same pellets, equal accuracy, with less hold sensitivity, and is much lighter and easier to cock. I have been sniffing at the Fusion Premier.

I'm curious what yardage have you shot the Cometa"s? I'm interested in air rifle that is decent at 50 yards 
. I have use my 1300KT at 50 yards one time and it was grouping at 2"-2.5". I don't own a springer and these have gotten my attention

Springers need a bit of attention to get the optimum accuracy. And, like any air rifle can be finicky as to which pellet works best. I think any reasonable quality AG will easily do less than 1" at 50yds when shot well with a pellet it likes. My experience with Cometa is limited to only one example and it is remarkable. My range is only 30m (33yds) and very windy. I can still get groups easily in 0.5" or less with most of my air rifles if I time the gusts of wind. Given I am a shaky old man, I'm sure you can find a springer acceptable to you and do better than me.I'm curious what yardage have you shot the Cometa"s? First off, Jon at keystone airguns is doing this community a service by bringing these to retail in the U.S.
I picked up a 400 usc in .22, a bit ago and wow is it a great gun for the price. I'm going to work on a video review in the next few days so you guys can see what I mean.
Hoping to add a 100 or 220 to the gun room soon too. These are good guns friends.
